I stole this off some dude's blog and spent much of the day answering it. Because it's a list and you have to "think" and "type," it looks just like you're working! Try it!

Mozart's Coronation Mass...but it's really better with a full chorale than just me in my pajamas with CD accompaniment. Still, I can totally kick its ass.
Keane is my new favorite band (of the month). Isn't it a shame you can't get their debut album until April? Yes, it is.
Listen to "Somewhere Only We Know" again and again really loud until your neighbors become angry with you and put a pile of poo on your doorstep. It will be worth it.
Well, I'm in a peaceful and contented mood today, but everyone around me is horribly upset. Yay! I'm the eye of the hurricane, the pause in the diatribe, the Tootsie Roll center of the Tootsie Pop. (Okay, maybe not so much the last one, seeing as the outer shell of the Tootsie Pop is not particularly chaotic or disturbing.) Lots of bad mojo in the underpants factory, yet I feel detached, warm and fuzzy. Must be my green cardigan. Everybody should have one.
Also, I found a weird bug on my screen door when I got home last night. It looked like a cartoon grasshopper. If it's still there today, I'll take a picture and post it.
I shall now recommence grinning stupidly.
Aw man...I thought I was having a "cusp of greatness" moment just now, but I think it turned out to be a "cusp of drunkness" moment instead. Luckily (?), I've recovered.
At least, I guess I must have, because I can't remember why I even logged in to blog this evening. Um, I'm reading Silas Marner. I'd like to have a new car. My asthma has been acting up. I colored my hair.
I'm thinking about my ex-boyfriend Dan's former best friend, Jeff Glover. Jeff was a very sad guy. He was hopelessly in love with this girl named Colleen, who ended up marrying a redneck and popping out a bunch of kids, I believe. She had absolutely no idea how talented and kind he was. He would often stick a lit cigarette in the frets of his guitar, and this act somehow lacked any trace of pretense when he did it. He just looked as though he genuinely needed a place to put his cigarette while he was concentrating on the more immediate business of playing...beautifully, usually. He was a big guy, but graceful--both emotionally and physically. I miss Jeff Glover. I think he's married now, too, and while I certainly wish him all the happiness in the world, I also sort of hope he's locked away some of his sadness for safe keeping. It was strangely perfect.
